Tyrone Smith - President
Mr. Smith is a graduate of Howard University. He holds a BA in Criminology and a MA in
Public Administration from Central Michigan University. Mr. Smith now uses all his
professional efforts to promote the educational development of youths.
Denise McCall, MA - Vice President
Ms. McCall holds a BBA with a concentration in Management and a MA in Psychology,
Professional Counseling. Ms. McCall is dedicated to the healthy development and growth
of children and their families. Her goal is to utilize her work experience, education and
personal development to enhance the well being of others through interventions that
promote positive social, economic and cultural change. She is currently employed as a
Contract Operation Manager and provides in home counseling to adolescents and their
families.
Joann Y. Jackson - VP Operations
Joann Jackson is a graduate from University of Phoenix and holds a BS degree. Ms.
Jackson has worked at Marriott International in various HR executive positions for 25
years. Ms. Jackson currently is the VP of Diversity Effectiveness for North American
Lodging for Marriott.
Connie Harris - VP Finance
Ms. Harris is a graduate of North Carolina A&T State University. She holds a BS in
Accounting and is currently employed as a Senior Real Estate Accountant at Starwood
Asset Management. Ms. Harris is committed to introducing youth to education and life
opportunities as well as developing the youth spiritually and emotionally.
Chris Millett - VP Curriculum
Mr. Millett is a graduate of Mississippi State University, where he obtained both a BS and
MS in Business Statistics and Data Processing. Mr. Millett has worked in I/T for more than
25 years. Additionally, he has over 25 years teaching experience at both the academic
and professional levels, including Morehouse College, the University of Phoenix, and IBM.
Mr. Millett is committed to motivating youth to excel academically and to obtain options for
their future.
